Paid subscribers are additionally required to affirmatively acknowledge and accept these Terms and the disclaimers below via an electronic acknowledgment before accessing the platform.
StockMarketPulse is an independent market data and analytics platform that tracks equity theme performance and capital flow activity. The Service provides raw data, analytics, and informational content for self-directed traders and investors. We are not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, financial planner, or licensed financial professional, and we do not provide personalized investment advice.
All data, information, analysis, scan results, signals, entry/exit levels, and content provided through StockMarketPulse is for general informational and educational purposes only and is impersonal in nature. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security. The Service does not account for your individual financial situation, objectives, or risk tolerance. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Access to StockMarketPulse requires a paid monthly subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. All prices are in USD.
All sales are final. No refunds are issued for any reason, including partial months, unused time, or dissatisfaction with the Service. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time remaining in a billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@stockmarketpulse.org. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access until that date.
All content, data, designs, and software on StockMarketPulse are the exclusive property of StockMarketPulse. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell any content from the Service without prior written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any data or information. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Past performance of any theme, ticker, or strategy is not indicative of future results.
Trading and investing in securities involves substantial risk, including the possible loss of your entire investment. You understand and agree that you use the Service entirely at your own risk and that you are solely responsible for evaluating the merits and risks of any transaction. You acknowledge that you may lose money, that no outcome is guaranteed, and that you assume full responsibility for all of your trading and investment decisions and their consequences.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StockMarketPulse and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, or trading losses, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service or any decisions made based on information obtained from the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or violations of law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, administered under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider, with the seat of arbitration in California. You and StockMarketPulse each waive the right to a trial by jury and the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or any other representative proceeding. This section does not apply to claims that, by law, cannot be subject to mandatory arbitration. (This clause should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before being relied upon.)
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where preempted by federal law (including the Federal Arbitration Act).
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The version and date above will be updated when changes are made. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted, and/or a renewed electronic acknowledgment, constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
